EFFECTIVE TREATMENT OF
CELLULITE
The problem of cellulite concerns the majority of Greek women, while there are many times that it also concerns men. It almost always occurs on the buttocks and thighs, while, very often, it also appears on the abdomen, arms and calves.
Cellulite is essentially the deposition of fat and water between the subcutaneous tissue and the skin in certain areas of the body. In these areas, there is insufficient blood supply and swelling of the fat cells.
In simpler words, instead of reconstructing and burning fat, the body sends it to be stored in fat cells. Gradually, fat accumulates, the elasticity of the connective tissue decreases, and the skin develops an “orange peel” appearance.
Cellulite is a complex phenomenon that is attributed to multiple factors, such as improper diet, sedentary lifestyle, reduced physical activity, smoking, alcohol, hormonal disorders, lymphatic system problems, hereditary predisposition, the use of certain drugs, etc.
With the personalization of cellulite treatments, we essentially treat the problem, and, at the same time, we reshape (sculpt) the problematic areas, in order to restore harmony in proportions.
The treatments at VF Laser Clinics are completely specialized, always giving priority to the safety and health of the patient.
HOW CELLULITE TREATMENTS ARE APPLIED
At VF Laser Clinics, cellulite treatments are based on individual characteristics in combination with the stage of cellulite, which is why they are completely personalized.
INDIVIDUAL CHARACTERISTICS:
Doctors of various specialties analyze the unique individual characteristics of the patient, which concern:
– Medical history
– Physical characteristics
– Eating habits
– Metabolic rate
– Lifestyle (exercise, sedentary lifestyle, etc.)
THE 3 STAGES OF CELLULITE:
Stage A: The degree of the problem is low, cellulite appears only when the area is “pressed”. In an upright position or when the woman is lying down, the skin does not show cellulite and remains smooth.
Stage B: The degree of the problem is moderate, the cellulite is visible. In an upright position, the skin acquires the appearance of orange peel while when the woman is lying down the skin does not show cellulite and remains smooth. Stage B involves a relatively wide range of conditions, and cellulite can “take over” smaller or larger areas of the body.
Stage C: The degree of the problem is high, the cellulite is visible in every position, and usually occupies larger body areas.
CELLULITE TREATMENTS
Cellulite , as mentioned above, is a complex phenomenon that is attributed to multiple factors. At VF Laser Clinics, we take into consideration the individual characteristics of each patient and the specific stage of his/her cellulite. Thus, our protocol is based on one or more of the following treatments:
ULTHERA™ BODY
It is a completely new method that battles cellulite and the appearance of orange peel, enhances firming, and gives tone and vitality to the skin. The results are extremely spectacular, thanks to the new ULTHERA™ system, the first system based on the studied and tested Macro and Micro Focused Ultrasound MMFU technology. Deep thermal stimulation is achieved, which results in increased blood circulation and metabolism, enhancing lymphatic drainage, stimulating fibroblasts, and activating the production of new (endogenous) collagen.

LPG ULTRA LIPOMASSAGE
It is an excellent non-invasive method, which can be applied to any area with localized fat. We apply to the problem areas a special device that sucks and compresses the skin. Through these movements, we activate the vascular and lymphatic circulation, reduce the volume of fat cells, redistribute fat in a balancing way, and contribute to the production of collagen and elastin fibers.

LIPOLYSIS MESOTHERAPY
It is an effective medical method for areas such as the buttocks, thighs, and abdomen. The treatment is injectable, and is based on the activation of lipolysis through the injection of specific substances into the subcutaneous tissue, such as caffeine, L-carnitine, etc.

CELLU FREE
The treatment is based on a procedure called subcision. The doctor uses a tiny device (size of a needle) to cut the connective bands just under the skin. A rapidly vibrating blade on the end of the device, divides the band causing the dimple. The treated skin bounces back to smooth itself out in as little as 3 days.
